Role Description:
We are looking for an individual to lead a highly visible and motivated Renewals team that protects and grows revenues and consistently delivers on individual and organizational quotas. You'll be a valuable member of the Renewals management team. Working in partnership with leadership in sales and our CFL (Customers for Life) organization you will help formulate and execute renewal strategies within AMER region to protect and grow our revenue base.
Effective partnering with Sales and CFL teams is critical to the role. As is accurately forecasting attrition, pipeline management and flow, developing risk mitigation plays, hiring, mentoring and defining and executing renewal strategies.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead entire AMER renewals team
  • Support direct reports by participating and leading in customer meetings and engaging other corporate resources as required.
  • Become a trusted advisor to sales and CFL leadership
  • Ongoing mentoring and development of Renewals team
  • Build monthly meeting cadence with Sales and CFL leadership
  • Weekly forecast meetings with your team to drive forecasting excellence and accuracy.
  • Achieve or exceed attrition and incremental ACV targets and provide an accurate forecast and risk analysis of accounts within your territory.

Required Skills/ Experience:
  • College degree or equivalent and 10+ years of Sales/Renewals experience required
  • Develop a strong understanding of salesforce.com product solutions
  • Experience working with senior level executives
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Considerable interpersonal skills are mandatory, including the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to oversee and manage salesforce.com renewal forecast, helping the team manage all renewal opportunities appropriately within Salesforce.com .
  • Applicant must have excellent computer skills

  • Proven track record of target over-achievemen
  • Possess solid negotiation skills that allow for value-based contract negotiations at the CXO level
  • Experience negotiating complex multi-year services contracts
  • Strong understanding of the Business Applications and Application Development marketplaces
  • Strong customer management skills
