Role description:

As a Customer Intelligence Trainee you will support our Sales Development team in attracting prospective customers and help build a viable revenue pipeline for the business. We are looking for our next generation of leaders and innovators at top universities around the world. After your trainee period and a period of continuous target achievement and learning and development, you will be offered the opportunity to apply for a position on our Sales Representative Team. Once successful here, you can go on to join our Business Development Team. The sky is the limit!

Who are we looking for?
You are a recent graduate (preferably Masters-level)
You speak fluent German and English
You are a team player and have great communication skills
You have exceptional organisational and planning skills and have the ability to prioritise
You have an entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to use own initiative
You already have some customer facing and/or sales experience
You are a results driven person & interested in being a part of a fast-paced sales environment

What will you be doing?
You will develop strategic value propositions, gain industry knowledge and collaborate with colleagues to execute business plans.
Your role will include strategically profiling companies through creative research, identifying business opportunities and analysing organisational structures for our key Account Executives. You will also work to develop new ideas for engagement and retention and really develop an understanding of our company and our positioning in the market.
